I am not saying that there should be no government funded programs PoorMan. I think putting a man on the moon was expensive but important and produced technology advanced that fueled out economy afterward (e.g. computers, semiconductors, new materials . . . etc. . .
I do however think the a Central Planning model for everything failed in the USSR and the capitalist model in the USA has been a huge success producing the richest most prosperous economy in history. I look at investments like like Solindra ($500 million flushed down the toilet) and smell a lot of that kind of stuff in this bill. I don't like it and it make me nervous.

Men who are occupied in the restoration of health to other men, by the joint exertion of skill and humanity, are above all the great of the earth. They even partake of divinity, since to preserve and renew is almost as noble as to create.
