Jim, This is the statement from MINDMED FLUFF News YQU Understand. It appears that it has been filed But “has not yet become effective.” There was a lot of talk about NasdaQ up listing because the company had filed a F-10 stating that this meant that they were going to up list today which never did come to fruition YQU Understand. In the past they were stating that if Mind Med was listed on NASDAQ, the MMEDF stock would be at $60.00 USD or higher YQU Understand. Now the narrative after the CEO’s PR call this morning, it sounds like the NasdaQ up listing is not feasible at this time according to talk here YQU Understand. Now the Narrative has gone from how important the up listing would be to Now it doesn’t matter if Mind Med is listed on the NasdaQ YQU Understand. Imho Have Mercy Wolf Ahooooooo

Hi Wolfman- I guess I might be missing something here, I'm reading talk of NAZ up listing. However there is no 40-f form listed I checked, then I see F-10 form mentioned. That is not for uplisting. And in any event it's not listed either. So what's going on with this one. Is it just talk that they want to be listed or something else? https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=162935782
WQLFPACK SAYS;
What Is the SEC Form 40-F?
The SEC Form 40-F is a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) required for companies domiciled in Canada but that have securities registered in the United States. Form 40-F is an annual filing that companies must fill out. It is similar to the Form 10-K for U.S.-based companies in purpose and content.
Jim There still is no 40-f filing. Why the delay? Strange as it can be YQU Understand. The F-X and F-10 have been reported. The WQLF will keep a keen Eye out for the 40-fYQU Understand. Have Mercy Wolf Ahooooooo

Well, yep. But not foreign companies in total, the F10 would apply to only Canadian companies. MJDS allows eligible Canadian issuers to register securities under the Securities Act and to register securities and report under the Exchange Act. And yes, is required to sell securities in the United States, that would be on any US exchange, which would include the Nas. To be listed on the NAS you need to file an 40-f and of course have the NAS approve it. This of course after the SEC allows it. As I look right now neither have been filed with the SEC.https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=162944061
