Hi Wolfman- I guess I might be missing something here, I'm reading talk of NAZ up listing. However there is no 40-f form listed I checked, then I see F-10 form mentioned. That is not for uplisting. And in any event it's not listed either. So what's going on with this one. Well, yep. But not foreign companies in total, the F10 would apply to only Canadian companies. MJDS allows eligible Canadian issuers to register securities under the Securities Act and to register securities and report under the Exchange Act. And yes, is required to sell securities in the United States, that would be on any US exchange, which would include the Nas. To be listed on the NAS you need to file an 40-f and of course have the NAS approve it. This of course after the SEC allows it. Hey Wolfman, you may wish to go over the sedar filings on this one, the focus would be on time frames and costs, unless it's just a trader for you.
