MJDS allows eligible Canadian issuers to register securities under the Securities Act and to register securities and report under the Exchange Act. And yes, is required to sell securities in the United States, that would be on any US exchange, which would include the Nas. To be listed on the NAS you need to file an 40-f and of course have the NAS approve it. This of course after the SEC allows it. As I look right now neither have been filed with the SEC.
