There isn't any mention of Nutra in any of the research that Deitsch claims.

Both Paul Reid and Larry Raymond were ReceptoPharm employees at the time of those studies and are the co-authors of the studies. ReceptoPharm has been a subsidiary of Nutra Pharma since 2004 and a wholly-owned sub since early 2008.

Also, a simple search of the word "Soochow" in the last 10K filing brings up four results showing that Nutra Pharma funded all of those studies and worked in collaboration with Dr. Qin.

"Both Paul Reid and Larry Raymond were ReceptoPharm employees at the time of those studies and are the co-authors of the studies."

You mean this Paul Reid?

"Paul Reid et al. v. Nutra Pharma Corp. et al.

On August 26, 2016, certain of former ReceptoPharm employees and a former ReceptoPharm consultant filed a lawsuit in the 17th Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida (Case No. CACE16–015834) against Nutra Pharma and Receptopharm to recover $315,000 allegedly owing to them under a settlement agreement reached in an involuntary bankruptcy action that was brought by the same individuals in 2012 and for payment of unpaid wages/breach of written debt confirms."

It seems that Deitsch tries to screw over everyone he is involved with - have you looked at all of the lawsuits against Deitsch and Nutra.

Also, I have never seen a company that has so many convertible notes and convertible notes that are in default.

Deitsch has used convertible notes to maintain his lifestyle at the expense of the shareholders.
