It seems that Deitsch tries to screw over everyone he is involved with - have you looked at all of the lawsuits against Deitsch and Nutra.

Also, I have never seen a company that has so many convertible notes and convertible notes that are in default.

Deitsch has used convertible notes to maintain his lifestyle at the expense of the shareholders.
