I hate having to do all of your DD for you - but you confuse your opinions with the facts:

Both Paul Reid and Larry Raymond were ReceptoPharm employees at the time of those studies and are the co-authors of the studies. ReceptoPharm has been a subsidiary of Nutra Pharma since 2004 and a wholly-owned sub since early 2008.

Also, a simple search of the word "Soochow" in the last 10K filing brings up four results showing that Nutra Pharma funded all of those studies and worked in collaboration with Dr. Qin.
