based on previous LTS I've come to the thinking they are under utilizing the cash as an ASSET and based on past reported income form investments they have vastly underperformed the markets missed opportunity especially given market performance over last few years

is that cause all that is reflected in the LTS is the short term and we have not seen or realized the bulk portion from longer term investments as of yet?

couple of posts this guy was on top of his research I believe he had mentioned a 10% position as well and shortly after that one day spike in 2017 he offed some speculation JDoggs_Money

I don't think I ever stated this, but have email line from Nick a while back with this quote:

My opinion is that he is shopping these claims around for potential investors when the opportunity presents itself. I want to say that he said Tom wanted these as part of his fund, but he's not allowed to touch them currently. Nick also eluded to new businesses if they ever were resolved. So possible they use these claims as leverage to start up big business on the island. It fits in with his last comment that you quoted.
