I don't think I ever stated this, but have email line from Nick a while back with this quote:

"Yes, I have been in contact with Tom Herzfeld and other both U.S. and foreign investors about these and other non-certified claims."

My opinion is that he is shopping these claims around for potential investors when the opportunity presents itself. I want to say that he said Tom wanted these as part of his fund, but he's not allowed to touch them currently. Nick also eluded to new businesses if they ever were resolved. So possible they use these claims as leverage to start up big business on the island. It fits in with his last comment that you quoted.

I'm pretty sure that we have share counts maybe as far back as 2014or15 not 13. was on group chat forum cannot locate I spent some time trying was enough effort the result of finding it will change nothing IMO
