I have watched to the DTC list from May 2019 - May 2020.
They cancelled my shares 03/31/2020.
I can't find nwau!
As far as I understand people with account TD Ameritrade, Etrade, Schwab,… kept there shares. So why cancelled pershing my shares??
I think pershing didn't wait 90 days, they cancelled my shares immediately, other banks waited 90 days in the meantime the stock became active and so somebody used
Our practice is to do so 90 days after the publication of the notice to give our clients sufficient time to respond should they have knowledge that the company is still active.

If at a later date and in the unlikely event that transfer agent services are resumed for a security issue where the custodian has already destroyed certificates, DTC will make every effort to have the destroyed certificates replaced and return the position to the right participants.
They disappeared from the list and everyone could continue to trade except the owner who were with pershing.
Does this seem reasonable??
On January 22, 2003, via Important Notice B#3834, DTC announced its plans to implement a new service to allow the depository to destroy certain certificates representing positions in securities for which transfer agent services are no longer available, called “Non-Transferable Securities Certificates.” The Destruction of Non-Transferable Securities Certificates Program was introduced to address the costs and risk relating to the increasing percentage of non-transferable physical certificates in the depository’s vault, which is now more than 30% of its overall physical inventory.
DTC submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission Filing No. SR-DTC-2003-09; SEC Filing for Program Regarding Destruction of Non-Transferable Securities Certificates, in which it sought the Commission’s approval to proceed with the destruction program. The filing was published in the Federal Register in January 2004; and it received widespread industry support. The SEC approved the filing on June 28, 2004, and DTC instituted the certificate destruction process.
