The Board of Directors can reject or fight off a lowball offer. The problem is, what if someone decides to make what at this moment (but not a year or two from now) is a fair or even a generous offer?

In the future might not more shareholders(both retail and institutions) see the enormous potential we think we see, and dig in their heels and say "no thanks" to a lowball offer? "

I believe the vast majority of the shareholders would take a reasonable offer and move on to the next gig.

Reasonable is defined as 10B to 15B with Rett upcoming data as very positive.
