I'd be ok with it.
My average cost is @ $5 so a $25 buyout would be a 500% gain in 5 or 6 years.
That would be the largest percentage and dollar amount gain of my entire life.
At age 62 this is also my last big stock market gamble, and while millions would be nice I'd also take a solid win.

The issue is what is the definition of a fair or even generous offer.

Some would say $25 but that seems ridiculously low considering that the SP has already touched the 20's.

Personally I would consider $50 a lowball offer. It really comes down to what the BOD and Missling think is fair offer.
