I wanted this to happen with Cognate but everyone told me it made no sense. It's the same thing with Advent. Would it makes sense now? Why? Why not?

I love to see posts advocating more insider dealing by the CEO. Wouldn't that be great! How much did she and her husband pocket when they sold Cognate to the EWS Partnership in 2018? $100 million? $200 million? Shareholders got nothing. But don't think it didn't catch her eye when EWS turned around three years later and sold Cognate for $875 million. That's what happens when you get LP out of the way. Business booms, valuations go through the roof, and everyone comes out ahead.

I imagine it will be the same with Advent. She's going to unload it eventually, but if she sells it to NWBO you will see the SEC swoop back down like the Game of Thrones dragon. And after the CRL deal she's going to want a whole lot more than what she got for Cognate and that's definitely going to have to come from somewhere else. Do you think NWBO can afford to buy anything right now for more than, oh, I don't know, say $11 million?
