He also mentioned during the PDD info the "more and more comfort" in replicating the results in the AD study (18min mark). Very nice.

Let’s remember a key word. “Potentially” pivotal. Not a guarantee. While probable, not definite. Let’s hope so. Just need to be balanced here...

"Potentially" pivotal, but it is nonetheless a strong assertion by the company. They likely got some very encouraging immediate initial regulatory feedback (Rett is FT and ODD), hence the optimism. I'll be surprised if we haven't already submitted for BTD for adult Rett, on the intention of then applying for EA after the AVATAR results come in. Between now and maybe mid-April we should hear, if we did submit BTD and if we do get granted it.

I also found it interesting that Fragile X is going to be a pivotal study. AFAIK there hasn't been a P2 Fragile X study, so this one is going straight to pivotal. Same for the unnamed rare disease.

If true and w/positive responses maybe equals BTD?
