"Potentially" pivotal, but it is nonetheless a strong assertion by the company. They likely got some very encouraging immediate initial regulatory feedback (Rett is FT and ODD), hence the optimism. I'll be surprised if we haven't already submitted for BTD for adult Rett, on the intention of then applying for EA after the AVATAR results come in. Between now and maybe mid-April we should hear, if we did submit BTD and if we do get granted it.
