You sure about that? Might be true if they require PA to prove you meet R-IT indication, but what about the many who don't require PA? At the pharmacy the tech will look up if there's an AB rated generic for the scrip and will fill it with GV. The LAST thing we need is every insurer requiring PAs for V - the docs here have described what a nightmare it can be to get through those hoops - Ralphey even had the perfect R-IT patient get denied coverage.
