As you say, it'd be fun if someone asked Raich to show that Clement Lockwood is an "identifiable person".

We know from Meiko that Lockwood gave a Phoenix address for himself. Maricopa County has exhaustive records. You can search the Recorder's Office going back to 1871. Yet there's nothing at all for a "Clement Lockwood". There is a Clifford Lockwood, but obviously that isn't the same.
