Calissio's attorney argues: "there is no identifiable person in the US named Kareem Mansour" on the SSM side.

Maybe it's just a way to justify the request to the court but hope Clement Lockwood is an identifiable person on their side.

Attorney for old mngmt filed it, asking court to set aside, claiming there’s no such person in the US as Kareem Mansour.
