I suspect the 20 Billion OS is light.
So, in addition to the correct number, take the existing convertible debentures held by the Whelan family, IBEX, St. John's. Now divide that principal amount by the price per share predetermined in the debenture at the date of issuance. Now you have a new total OS. That's a big number!
The wise suggestion made in post#258074 2 days ago was that all but 5 Billion of the newly issued shares should be considered for cancellation and that a run to a dime, 10 cents, 1/10th of a dollar, would mean that just those retained 5 Billion shares would have a value of $500 Million. . . . .
