No one is arguing for no IP protection anywhere.
Right now, we don’t have much competition, but if the market proves out, others would like a piece of the KBLB pie.

Canada is a tiny step forward.
It is bigger than you think. The biggest impediment to foreign patents is that they are expensive. No more should need said on that.
Approval in Canada means more countries will follow eventually. As far as the U.S. goes....my intuition says that Sangamo got the IP read correctly in going with KBLB, when they were going to go with someone else lobbying for their tech.
