That chart was very persuasive when I decided to invest.

Mayo, how are you able to copy those side pages? I tried unsuccessfully.

Thanks, and great post BTW. That is also one of my favorite slides.

Excellent reminder Mayo.

Patience for the right kind of patients. This careful recruiting process will pay off big time.

The 2 primary endpoints for the (hopefully pivotal) P2b/3 AD trial are:

1. ADCS-ADL As you point out, 2A trial looks extremely promising especially for high dose S1 wt + APEO3 patients.

2. ADAS-Cog 2A results shown on slide 21 too. We also got a sneak preview of this in the placebo controlled PDD study. p=.003. 70% correlation of Episodic Memory deterioration to ADAS-Cog deterioration.

Who in their right mind would bet against this AD trial not meeting the primary endpoints? Not I!

No need for an interim look. We got this.

One of the best posts ever on this board?

"[1]You need earlier stage Alzheimer (MMSE >20)
[2] You need SIGMAR1 WT (80-90% of worldwide population)
[3] You need APOE3 Allele (~70% of people, APOE3 is the most common of the three types, APOE2, APOE3, APOE4)
[4] You need high dose (easy, 2-73 has proven safety past the 50mg level)

COMT differentiation would give even greater results...

Investing long in Anavex is a no-brainer."

"We got this" - RipperMagoo

These are the numbers.

Certainly what we are hoping and Anavex are designing for. Just worth keeping in mind that this data is based on very few patients in an open label study using post hoc analysis.
