Check out this forgotten chart (made when Harald Hampel was still a part of the analytic team)
I wanted to remind everyone of this chart and express how truly easy it would be to replicate the most top (light blue) patient population.
You need earlier stage Alzheimer (MMSE >20)
You need SIGMAR1 WT (80-90% of worldwide population)
You need APOE3 Allele (~70% of people, APOE3 is the most common of the three types, APOE2, APOE3, APOE4)
You need high dose (easy, 2-73 has proven safety past the 50mg level)
COMT differentiation would give even greater results...
