ok. I never had to worry about carbs. Was 165lbs since a teenager and only in last year up to about 170. Have always eaten lots of vegetables and little sweets. Never gained weight from booze, and very seldom had a headache hangover. I remember thinking years ago i'd be better off if i didn't feel so good after a bender. But, no, always woke up ready to go. Maybe things are finally wearing down. Do people get off bp tablets or is it once on them is hard to get off them?
