Carbs in general. If I want a libation, it is usually diet or sparkling flavored water with a splash of Tito's. Kind of a pansy drink, but earlier in life, I drank enough beer to float an aircraft carrier. A snort of Old Yellowstone is for around the campfire, but not many campfires in the last year.
