It is a little spendy, but I don't consume much. Old Yellowstone was the celebration share bottle all the way back to forestry school undergrad days. They just started making it again a few years ago. In my mind's eye it is the taste that I associate with the word whiskey.
At a wedding or meet-up, the cork is pulled and tossed into the campfire or over one's shoulder, which generally elicits a hearty cheer, since the cork will never be put back in the bottle.
