Can't argue wit Z here....the LT plainly stated it in this 2015 PR! They're clearly playing word games. Still skeptical but facts are facts............

NOTE: Later in the PR, the "in and of themselves" BS is just a way for them to claim that Escrows do not guarantee it's holders will receive cash....that however does not rule out that cash distributions could be made at some point by the Entities listed, or from other sources.
