I agree iwasadiver, I also believe that the main reason Charles River Laboratories bought Cognate was because of the long-term worldwide revenue prospects for DCVax-L & DCVax Direct, and the upside stock appreciation potential of the 12 million NWBio shares.

I am going to repeat what I said to Bob_LobLaw:

I believe $875 million to acquire Cognate is cheap, given the upside revenue & stock price potential for NWBio. But, it is a very good long-term strategic move for both Cognate, Charles River Laboratories & NWBio. I also expect that CRL will purchase Advent Bioservices at some point in the future.

My guess is that the senior management of Cognate will continue to run the Memphis facility, and they will be granted a lot of CRL stock options.

This will give NWBio almost an instant global footprint for DCVAx-L & DCVax Direct. After approval for ndGBM & rGBM, I am expecting dozens of more approvals worldwide for both operable & inoperable solid tumor cancers.

CRL will make multiple billions of dollars off of this deal going forward.

How much of the value is contracts and PPE/IP, and how much of the value is assigned to the NWBO shares?

If we knew the first two, we could derive the price for the shares.

It could all be NWBO related, but the share price value is what’s most relevant to us.
