I agree with you on all of this. It also makes me wonder what speculation CRL is making and based on what. I think they’re seeing things we’re not yet seeing, or at least doing the same speculation as many of us here and based on similar analyses. The FlaskWorks purchase looks even more important and smart right now in my perspective.
