Interesting thanks for sharing! Could this potentially mean that ZHUD bought part of Vangold mining? Looks like some kind of share offering for $585,000. Haven’t done any research on Vangold and I’ve never even heard of the company. I’m pretty sure from the last filings though they mentioned something about deploying cash into ‘assets’ of some kind. Wonder if we will get a press release or some kind of update soon

Why is their cuspid number the same ?

Something is way off... SEC does not recognize the name 'Zhuding International Limited' and I think the CIK# is now only for Vangold Mining Corporation. That would be a great question for the TA:

As everyone can see I began to question $ZHUD 72 hrs ago after discovering a filing that some say was filed incorrectly. My logic was how can they sell shares and not increase the O/S ?
