What we’re waiting on /hoping for is for the custo to close a deal with this clean shell low floater in an RM deal. Clearly these things take patience but it’s a great shell candidate so I’m sleeping easy at night

Share structure is not the only metric to look at.
Outstanding debt is very important.
If the shell has outstanding debt, the new owner has to accept those debts and be responsible for it. A lot of shells have pending convertible debt.
ZHUD has NO debt.

He does have a point though. An example I am holding currently is “AESO” way better SS…and it’s already been bought and just waiting for asset transfer.

AOXG another one with a better SS too.

But sometimes, the management coming into a shell is more important than current SS…so ZHUD can end up being a better play.

There are many tickers/shells for sell with the better share structure than Zhud.It will be hard to find any good buyer with a great potential to the future.

When I first bought these shares a few months ago I paid .0077. After lots of buying my average is at .01.
