No. It’s a mistake. They are 2 separate entities. ZHUD reverse merged with VanGold’s old shell company. They should have no ties now. I believe OTC made the mistake.

Odds are The mining co and ZHUB are the same and they just paid off insiders IMHO its a red flag and another reason not to hold if one can scalp some profit IMHO..
