I mean seriously, why talk about expansion of a build out to be completed in one to two months (which requires capital), but not update its status after 5.5 months? Had completion been reported in the normal course (just as the intent was), the share price would have reflected an accomplishment. Instead, it’s almost as if they want us to believe they have a bunch of delayed unfinished business — another example would have been the endpoint change, when reported, raised the share price temporarily almost 20x from its all time low — but apparently that important PPS impacting point would have still been hidden, and we’d be at .17 to .24 PPS instead of where we are now. There may be an IP reason they did not want the second point shared early, but the pattern of setting but not relaying completion of expectations is an all too frequent pattern. And most bears get fuel whereas most longs get Tums.
Example August 27, 2020 PR:
With construction crews working double shifts to accelerate this completion, the Company currently anticipates the Phase I buildout will finish by mid-October of 2020. — NWBO
