The list you provided is basic information an owner of a company would need to assess the performance of management and make an informed vote at the ASM even if that right to vote is about as meaningful as participating in an election with one candidate on the ballot for each office.

Secrecy can always be justified which is why transparency and accountability is a crucial standard to maintain even when inconvenient. Allowing the same people who would benefit from secrecy to determine when it does and does not apply almost invariably leads to abuses, even if those managing the flow of information about their performance mean well and start out with good intentions.

The only thing we can hang our hats on is that we’re (as investors) mostly aligned with management with regard to outcome. The lack of any communication is remarkable. The example of even simple matters not being released, such as the progress of the Sawtooth buildout and the others you outline, is evidence to me that LP’s decision making is ad hoc.

They are not straight but they are also hopefully aligned enough with investors to achieve that goal of TLD/publication very soon. Right now there is zero reason for them not to update us on the status of the buildout that was to be completed in Sawston last October. Last October
