For the most part, I actually agree with your post Happy, but I think there were IP reasons NWBO did not want the public to know early on about the endpoint change. Nevertheless, LP also finally admitted they didn’t expect the phase iii results until the Flaskwork acquisition and phase I build out were completed — which adds to the misalignment of prior set TLD expectation deadlines. It is what it is. They are not straight but they are also hopefully aligned enough with investors to achieve that goal of TLD/publication very soon. Right now there is zero reason for them not to update us on the status of the buildout that was to be completed in Sawston last October. Last October.
Unlike Senti, I find NWBO often likes to project expectations but not update them when those matters probably completed.
For example:
1. Sawston phase I buildout. (Probably completed Nov 2020)
2. Endpoint change. (Completed fall 2020)
3. Likely (my guess) completed move by Advent out of London and into Sawston. (By early February?)
4. Likely (my guess) further certifications for Cognate DCVax-l commercial production. (Last year?)
Dave Innes calls it “spilling the beans” when public investors are informed regarding progress.
