I would say no because there are only two reasons for an R/S .
1) Uplisting for Nasdaq and Cathy has already said she wants to sell in 13 months from today and Nasdaq takes at least 24 months IMHO.
2) R/S is needed cause bills need to be paid.......and share price now can handle current convertible debt (ie yesterday note was due and paid by converting 2 million shares)......plus Brian found equity partners for future funding......plus Brian gets a 6% raise on every add to the O/S. IMHO
Note : Day traders need liquidity to make large swing trades......if an R/S occured the day trader would leave.......thus the stock price would die on the vine....IMHO
Not sure about a mention of a buyback but he did say that the equity firm they have just signed with, they will work on clearing up the toxic debt... so no more dilution
