Thanks for your input. I bought a fair number of shares of $OZSC recently. I was concerned to know if I was safe here or not from any likelihood of an RS. Your perception makes me feel better.
Couple of clarifications: "Cathy has already said she wants to sell in 13 months" She wants to sell the company? If so, she would have to reduce the number of shares to attract buyers, which would mean a RS or a share buyback. Isn't that so?
"plus Brian gets a 6% raise on every add to the O/S" You mean he gets a raise to increase the O/S?
