Good morning, i hope you are eventually able to get through. Not sure where i picked up this phrase, but i believe 'self service is overrated' when you have an issue such as yours when you need to speak with someone. And the voice recognition systems used to try to direct you to some automated information do mot help. Regarding fidelity, i am not usually aware of OTC vs NASDAQ, but ivcan say in the past year i have purchased $ENZC, $RDGL and $XALL with online limit orders i placed, no commissions.
