No, greatgarlic, I have some important questions about my Account & need to speak with someone LIVE about them at Etrade. I've always been able to call Etrade & talk with their Traders, ever since this past August. But after they got connected with JP Morgan & the Holiday season began, it's impossible to get thru on Etrade's Customer Service phone or message center. Just ridiculous!

I've been placing trades online with Etrade by myself just fine~ I do not need Traders to help me do so, IF the Company has online trading platform for Customers.

By the way, I thought Fidelity charged commissions for OTC stocks (but not for NYSE or NASDAQ stocks if you place your Trades by yourself online.)
