For real man at 0.0032 now ! Anyone here that have Etrade can see it, log in on account and enter SANP stock symbol
So you can see for yourself. I am not a newbie and I know the rules of after hours trading for otc stocks but this is for real

Actually there are some brokers that trade penny stocks after hours mostly pre market...you can see some of them especially b4 the open, they aren't all T trades, google it if you don't believe me
