I think you may be looking at the data from this morning's opening when it traded above $.003 because all the trades (4 of them) AHs are for $.0017 that I see. And those trades happened during normal hours but were just posted late because there really is no AHs trading for retail.

I see it! I took a screenshot on my phone but it won’t let me post from my phone. Says current price is .0032, but bid ask is .0017x.0018. Things will go crazy if we open there! IMO
