This means the only "approval" is to keep pursuing SubV status with "additional evidence and arguments". SubV status can still be denied and has not been "approved" yet.

The SubV status motion has been continued allowing parties opportunity to provide additional evidence and arguments.

I feel bad though. Its exactly what I wanted for Christmas and I didn’t get you guys anything.

Today's status conference is adjourned. Scheduling of the POR hearing has been continued to the next status conference to be scheduled sometime within the next month, after the mediation and motion to dismiss hearings have been heard. $DGTW
