This tweet is huge from DGTW as we could not have asked for a better response from the Judge herself. I'll later reiterate some previous thoughts that might be a lot more clear now that the Judge has granted them approval to move forward with the SubV status:
Today, the court denied trustee's motion to convert/dismiss, without prejudice. The SubV status motion has been continued allowing parties opportunity to provide additional evidence and arguments. Amended scheduling order to follow, with goal of moving forward quickly. $DGTW
