Please explain how THC rec would get lost?

If the move to sell rec THC was strategic, what's the strategy behind it other than the uplisting that Abundance88 & I have been discussing all day. In which I said, I wish there was a way to uplist & keep rec THC.

I don't want to own Hill St at the moment. I just wanted Lexaria to hold onto the rec THC rights.
