What I'm trying to figure out is if Lexaria could have done something else to retain ownership rights to Lexaria THC while still uplisting.
I'm not a lawyer. Not even close, but couldn't Lexaria separate DehydraTECH THC into it's own corporation to trade on the OTC & still uplist Lexaria Biosciences?
