This is fair. However, if they want investors to forget the past, they should be able to answer questions about the past, first... and then all could be forgotten.

I would like to know:

Why Nevada was the chosen venue?

Why wasn't anything brought up about the cropped table during the trial?

Why wasn't Bhatt's statistical analysis done during the trial?

What do you expect them to say and do? They got screwed by Du - they could not have predicted that outcome. They have no choice but to move forward and do the best they can. Do you constantly beat yourself up because you didn't sell your AMRN stock at $26? Do you beat yourself up for selling AMRN or APPL when you had a 200% gain, missing out on 2000% gains? That's pointless - the past is the past, can't change it - people who continuously ruminate over what they should have done (in hindsight) end up with ulcers, divorces, and depression.
