That is their strategy - to convince investors to forget the past and focus on what lies ahead

This is fair. However, if they want investors to forget the past, they should be able to answer questions about the past, first... and then all could be forgotten.

I would like to know:

Why Nevada was the chosen venue?

Why wasn't anything brought up about the cropped table during the trial?

Why wasn't Bhatt's statistical analysis done during the trial?
