I consider making someone laugh as a victory - a lot of what’s included in my posts are a bit tongue in cheek. Without getting into details, after a misunderstanding, I told a junior colleague this morning that sometimes I think I’m Napoleon. She said, “I can see that’s a problem.” (Laugh)

My comment about the 10Q is more rooted in any update on the SEC subpoena. Although I don’t expect too much on that front, if for no other reason than the SEC is slow.

There are obviously some other issues w/ regard to CFO related matters, but I’ll skip over that subject for now.

And I agree, they don’t seem to be acting like they’ll be around much longer.

Fun fact: because the company is late on the 10-Q, they will not be able to issue equity under their S-3 after they file their next 10-K. So if they raise money after March 2021, they will have to file an S-1. Not that big of a deal, but still...what I'm getting at is this is a company that isn't acting like it will be here in 4 months. No CFO, warrant exercise suspension, another NT 10-Q, no CMO or other evidence of intent to commercialize, etc...read into that what you will.

I smell BO.

I said this weeks ago.

I’ve found penny land bios with aggressive law firms are mostly only hired to protect “leadership”.
