LOLOL!!! 1Q21 ENDED 30 September 2020. The Q was due 45 dayz later - 14 November (which was a Saturday) and the deadline therefore was 16 November 2020.

This is nott hard stuff - this is very basic stuff.

How could AMFE/FUNN/FUNNQ have published the first three versions (so far! v4.0 coming next!) of its bullshit 2020 annual report if its 2020 fiscal year was still going on? FY2020 ended for this shitshow on 30 June 2020.

And, the Attorney Letter for unaudited FYE20 Filing was due 10/28/20

o Annual Report within 90 days of the fiscal year end

I see questions about Q1, isn't that not due for a couple more months for FUNN???

Does it really matter?? I am sure it will be late as always, and full of bullshit just like their un-audited annual reports, just like the last one which has been amended how many times now and is still messed up, hence the yield sign. How much bullshit has been spouted by this company over the last 3 years about accounting??? My god its incredible, how can anyone believe this horseshit anymore????
