And, the Attorney Letter for unaudited FYE20 Filing was due 10/28/20

The Dodger CLEARLY screwed up AGAIN.....and lied about both?

o Annual Report within 90 days of the fiscal year end
o Attorney Letter within 120 days of the fiscal year end.

I see questions about Q1, isn't that not due for a couple more months for FUNN???
