Yup the government seems to be a bit slow. Therefore "operation warp speed" was introduce in around april. Interesting why they use word "warp" there. LP may need to change from "pedal to the metal" to "warp speed ahead" after TLD. Just saying.
Update: DCVax (Direct +) patent application with 11/25/2020 response by applicant. A lot of work has been done since the last non-final rejection in May, and I’m no expert, but the arguments seem to deal with the office’s concerns quite well. It’s a confident response. Thinking this gets granted this time, and it would be the crown jewel of patents for NWBO if they receive it. It also has a very young patent application date, so if granted, will have around 15 years left on it. Imho. Hope for the best.
